Brian prides himself on being a "double Gator"! He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology and Sociology in 2015. Brian graduated in 2018 with his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During Brian’s time in law school he was a teaching assistant in Trial Practice, and served as the Vice President of the Latino Law Student Society. Brian also competed on the UF Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and was an editor on the University of Florida International Law Journal.

Upon graduating law school, Brian wanted to serve his community by working as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami Dade County. During his time as an Assistant State Attorney, Brian handler numerous cases from arraignment to jury trials. After leaving the Miami Dade State Attorney’s office, Brian worked a midsize insurance defense firm where he represented numerous insurers for bodily injury, construction injury, and construction defect claims. After working at a regional midsize defense firm, Brian was presented with an opportunity to work as in-house counsel for a major insurance corporation.

For many years Brian worked as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier which brought him insight on how the insurance companies evaluate claims. Brian utilizes these experience as a personal injury attorney to ensure his clients are properly represented and given just compensation for their claims. He has always sought to work for those under represented and finally decided to dedicate his efforts and experience to plaintiff work by opening Pujols Law Group, PLLC.
